Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4531","tags":["child-development","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"cf5480f71fa46bbc30cbca496b2dcb4e00d45f1e282d11580bd7786e93c29278","slug":"child-development-comment-4531","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4531","body_sha256":"6654b249dda6d1e94ee07d5c9d1012e11b3b1b306fbbf73b7c2f8796b9fc762c","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"children","topics":[{"id":"children","evidence":"tive of a parent who is very concerned about children’s constant exposure to cell towers that are now installed in many parks, on school p"},{"id":"infrastructure","evidence":"cerned about children’s constant exposure to cell towers that are now installed in many parks, on school properties and r"},{"id":"research","evidence":"ther potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for p"}],"summary":"Raises concerns about children's continuing exposure to cell towers near schools, parks and homes and supports HHS research.","reviewed_at":"2026-10-26T22:22:05Z","review_method":"Full comment-text review with exact source evidence; attachments not reviewed","review_source_sha256":"f8f0de0c934690792a10d20e60d9b05a1ee7c89edf52579af50e0d3f6bc5394e","source_url":"https://rfsafe.net/hhs-comments/data/catalog.json","scope":"Original comment body; attachments excluded"},"forum_topics":["children","infrastructure","research"],"primary_topic":"children","forum_title":"Raises concerns about children's continuing exposure to cell towers near schools, parks and homes and sup…"}
