Too much radiation within a building, such as from many people gathered, all of whom are carrying cell phones, will give me a headache. Going too close to certain cell towers gives me a headache. Sometimes the headache lasts all day. Sometimes the headache is relieved by the practice of grounding, putting my bare feet on the earth or on concrete. If I don't encounter radiation, I don't commonly get any headaches. It is hard for me to go into big cities, as it is hard to avoid cell towers there.\n\nI support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4070","tags":["child-development","health-experiences","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"0aec7748580a05b9c40b4690cdbf83896690f52b1a93b90b0fb3fb11881c533f","slug":"child-development-comment-4070","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4070","body_sha256":"3074703083b0a49185a4f0779cfd5ebbd701057482b11b57923f14f358bc3094","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"neurological","topics":[{"id":"neurological","evidence":"sponding from the perspective of a patient.\n\nWireless radiation gives me headaches.
