Yes, I believe that wireless radiation exposure has significantly shrunk my testicles.  They used to really be quite heavy and I was getting at least, oh I don't know, three or four inches of sack sag but now the skin is consistently quite tight. I've tried weighing them on my kitchen scale but the old ball and chain is not too fond when I try but I'd guess at least an ounce.
