We advocate for what is the most important human rights abuse in the world today bar none. That is, the use of RF frequencies in the microwave range to harass and torture innocent civilians. These abuses have been going on since the 1960’s now and have only got way worse especially in recent decades. They need to stop! \n\nThey are an extension of the MK Ultra, Project Monarch and other public and proven mind control programs such as Search, Delta, Bluebird, Artichoke and so forth. We have significant numbers of whistle blowers stating that these programs not only exist but are an extension of MK ultra such as Dr Robert Duncan, Dr Barrie Trower, Dr John Hall to name but a few.\n\nThis is a global programme that is being orchestrated globally as a complete surveillance and control grid on all of us. It is being done via the intelligence agencies and a network of other connected or independent private security agencies although there are other bad actors involved on many levels including the psychiatry and pharmaceutical industries.\n\nEven though the victims identity as Targeted Individuals the reality that is presenting to me after 2 decades of research is that this is not just being done in a full on torturous way to Targeted Individuals but also strongly appears to be used on the general public at large in more subtle and covert ways. It appears as though everyone is being surveilled. This is definitely through meta data but also very likely through subtle Remote neural monitoring i.e. brain surveillance using RF interferometry. It then appears that when individuals step out of line that they are covertly manipulated back into line and then left alone unless they do this multiple times and then the torture amplifies. Sadly, as well I have seen evidence that they are using this on politicians and other powerful beings including presidents and presidential candidates to manipulate global outcomes. \n\nThe victims go through unimaginable pain and suffering from this from these microwave frequency attacks all in the name of trauma-based mind control. Many even go through stalking in these programmes too.\n\nSymptoms include...\n\n1)\tSevere pulsating headaches\n2)\tNeurological manipulation i.e. mind control both subliminal and through verbal audio i.e. V2K\n3)\tPainful shots to the body\n4)\tRemote rape of the genitals and anus and forced masturbation\n5)\tDirected energy into the throat creating choking and into the lungs creating breathing difficulties\n6)\tBurns on the body which can be both severe and minor \n7)\tControl of bodily functions such as urinating and defecating and causing you to feel very tired to name just a few.\n8)\tLack of concentration and distraction\n9)\tMemory altering and deletion\n10)\tFinancial destruction through mind control\n\nThere are many more terrible symptoms but these are just few. These symptoms are no longer science fiction but are science fact. \n\nSo, I write to you to ask that you please realise that these public notes on RF should be a means to a greater end. That is the fact that these programmes not only still exist today but provide the greatest threat to humanity using RF frequencies that we will ever face as humans in these times. It is a social engineering the scale of which we have never seen before on this planet and of course it is scalable.\n\nIf we want our children to be free in future generations we need to act now. The window of opportunity is small. More and more people globally are being put on these programmes every year. There is already an estimated 6-7 million Targeted Individuals but the number may be much more. Like stated earlier this programme is also being use on a mass surveillance and general social engineering level. This is quite possibly through subliminal messages coming from cells towers being directed into the populations at large or into local areas according to Neuro weapons experts Targeted Justice - see website below. Whistle blower Bryan Kofron who worked for SIS private security company also stated that the technology has this capacity and is used to manipulate local populations on mass. This is mass manipulation is likely going on globally. The individual targeting of civilians is DEFINITELY going on globally even in Africa. The USA is at the helm of this global programme with Israel at the top.\n\nI urge that you please your own research and most importantly please use this as a building block for URGENT action. I can say to you honestly say that ignoring taking action now is the most important thing we can do for humanities future and free will.
