Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers, and scientists with an opportunity to finally be heard on this critical public health issue.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-1731","tags":["child-development","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"1b6e77cdf93362ac7d535d1ed9f1c8710c6f5aaaa895c09a1706692a45095cad","slug":"child-development-comment-1731","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-1731","body_sha256":"58c55e3f49e41c9a031501eef36aca8b734f5ad2ccf5a72e081cb9e9eaa28c7d","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"research","topics":[{"id":"research","evidence":"pulations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank"},{"id":"children","evidence":"rrent research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal researc"}],"summary":"Requests HHS examination of wireless health effects, consideration of reported experiences and scientific evidence, and research priorities for children and vulnerable groups.","reviewed_at":"2026-10-07T16:33:06Z","review_method":"Complete published comment-body review; exact prior-reviewed body matches reuse source-supported reviews with each distinct official ID preserved.
