I can handle some during the day, but after a few hours I get more anxious and notice brain fog. At night, if the wifi is on in our house or if a cell phone is within 20 feet, I will have a harder time falling asleep, and I will also wake up during the early morning light sleep phase and often not be able to fall back asleep. \n\n\nI strongly support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0815","tags":["child-development","health-experiences","sleep-cognition","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"bfce9ff079fb52e22cdf79526e0c849d5e3430f447711b77fe6619657c2180a8","slug":"child-development-comment-0815","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0815","body_sha256":"fe7fb3a76aea2a771a388d1c7dd955e44b0fa0ec8d1152e2afbf614dbc53fc7f","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"ehs","topics":[{"id":"ehs","evidence":" (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. \n\nI am sensitive to EMFs.
