HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0074 https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0074 I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient, a concerned parent, and a researcher. I recognized wireless radiation affected me back in 2014. Someone came a spoke at a school my children were attending about the effects of EMF. And as a parent it sparked my interest and I thought I would start testing it out, I didn’t feel well, but ate a clean diet (minimally processed foods) and exercised regularly. My first thought was I would turn off the wifi on the router at night. I didn’t notice much. My next experiment, I turned off our cell phones when we travelled, as we were regularly travelling 3.5 hours, twice a week, then I was convinced it was affecting me. I no longer felt ill in the car and felt like myself after a drive, rather then feeling woozy and nausea after a long drive.

Now I thought I would try putting the computers and phones into airplane mode at night …suddenly I was no longer restless in bed with racing thoughts. Some nights I let my husband turn things off, but still would feel restless, so I’d check if his phone was off and sure enough, he had forgotten to turn it off. So I’d turn it off and fall asleep. I’ve now hardwired my house. However, when I’m out in the “world”, I don’t like to be at indoor places too long as I don’t feel great.

As you can see from my experiments and finding greater health, the wireless signals concern me; for the sake of my family, as well as society as a whole. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.
