{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6801","number":"6801","name":"M Nims","organization":"","posted":"2026-10-28T04:00Z","received":"2026-10-21T04:00Z","body":"Hello, \n\nLet me start by saying that I am deeply concerned and flummoxed by the fact that the FCC has still not produced 1 single study on the deleterious effects on human and animal organisms re: EM/EMR from cell towers and Smart Meters, despite being told by congress 1-2 years ago, they must produce a study on the effects of EMF/EMR within one year!! How is it possible that this human harm continues to be sidestepped and swept under the rug?\nWhen 4G hit the market I was aware of the potential effects from EMF/EMR for \"certain people\" but I did not understand the cumulative effect which we now know, thanks to many global researchers on this topic, that ALL people and animals/insects are affected. Let me share some personal experiences.\nI was rushed to the ER after waking with a life-threatening heart arrhythmia (which occurred just days after a family member moved our router from 40 ft away from my bedroom to right next to my bed unbeknownst to me). I spent 3 days in the Critical Care Unit, with no history of this diagnosis and no other concomitant diagnosis that would explain this event or be considered a contributing factor. As a Registered Nurse of 29 years, I observed in the ER for more than 12 hrs,  around 10 other patients wheeled right past my curtained room, listening to the EMT’s give the same diagnosis and history as mine for all these patients. They too were wondering what was going on. Then I recalled that I had heard that the 5G rollout in our area was due this month and silently wondered if there could be any connection. This was not a statistically insignificant observation, by any one's standards. \nSix years later, my life threatening arrhythmia returned within 24hrs of being in a new apartment. I took out my $400.00 EMF meter and saw that the level in the bedroom was 52X higher than the safe limits for humans, based on the building biologists.I sought counsel from MA For Safe Technology regarding mitigation steps and that was when I realized a new 5G Cell tower was literally only 0.3 miles from my apartment building. I followed their recommendations, and was never able to sleep in my bed or be in that bedroom due to the symptoms of arrhythmia, dizziness, fatigue and weakness that I began feeling, while living there. I slept on my cough for the entire 2 years.\nThen I began noticing that while standing in the lobby, within minutes I would begin to sweat profusely and begin to get very dizzy, enough that I had to return to my apartment. It wasn't until a few months later, that I realized that I was always standing under a  Verizon ceiling router. \nThen over the course of several months, I started to hear that dogs on our floor were dying suddenly. In one year, on our 10 apartment floor, we lost 4 dogs and one cat.They were as young as 2 years old, with no prior medical history. My senior dog, with no prior history of cardiac issues,1 year into our stay there went into acute respiratory and cardiac arrest out of the blue, who I was able to bring back with CPR and then who was tragically was diagnosed with a malignant skin cancer and was gone 4 mos later. Four months after her passing, my other pup, her litter mate, who was incredibly healthy, also died within 6 weeks from different type of cancer, and then 4 mos after that, our perfectly healthy kitty succumbed from cancer. Three different types of cancers, for 3 different animals-who all died 4 mos apart. This brought the total to 5 family pet deaths on one floor and while there were pet deaths on the floor above us.\nMy final comment is in regard to my ability to access well visit health care safely-which is absurd to even say, as I am a career Registered Nurse of 29 years. I went recently to see two providers that I have been seeing for 30 and 16 years respectively, in the same hospital. I had not been to see them in the last 5 years however and noticed as I immediately began to feel dizzy and chest discomfort within a few minutes of being in the hospitalk when I noticed that  ceiling routers were placed  no more than 4 ft apart down every hallway I walked through, and several in each doctor's office. I tried to put the maximum physical distance between myself and the visible routers but was unsuccessful, for the longer I am exposed to this radiation, the more progressive my symptoms become and true to form, after 1.5 hours, I went into my life threatening arrhythmia at my first appointment.\nPLEASE…STOP AND PAUSE and give this topic the due diligence it deserves because whether you see it now or later in your own family or friends, this RADIATION is effecting everyone even if YOU!
