HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6600 https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6600 I am responding as an individual: 3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…) Mobile phones, cordless phones, WiFi, cell towers 3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years): For at least the past 30 years. 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced: Brain tumour (acoustic neuroma), hearing loss, severe insomnia, functional impairment, neurological issues. 3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects: The effects are immediate but it took years for me to make the connection. I've been sensitive to all EMFs since I was a teenager, and things got progressively worse as WiFi and cell towers were rolled out. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis? Yes, although largely ineffective, with it being attributed to 'nervous anxiety' and other psychosomatic issues. Ultimately diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma when things came to a head (mine!). 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects? Yes. When I discovered the tumour in 2009, I immediately gave up all wireless devices and moved to the countryside. This helped a lot, but a lot of damage had been done and it has taken many years for that to be repaired, although some aspects (eg deafness in right ear due to surgery) may never recover. 3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information: MRI showing acoustic neuroma, meter readings that always backed up my physical sensations after the fact, and letters from doctors attesting to my intolerance. Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMFs: I instantly feel wireless radiation as an intense pressure in my head, as well as dizziness, brain fog, disorientation... B1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects: WiFi, cell phones, cell towers, cordless phones, magnetic fields B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you: All those I feel have an effect B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed: None B1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy):None, other than following a low-oxalate diet, which has helped hugely with sleep and general resilience. This is a common feature for many EMF-affected individuals as oxalate increases sensitivity to wireless radiation. Oxalate binds with minerals, pulling calcium out of bones and depositing in tissue, which greatly impacts EMF sensitivity. Vegetarians are increasingly affected, since only animal products have low/zero oxalate. B2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless: I am generally sensitive to things, although I don't consider this a health condition, merely an enhanced awareness of things. B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant: Dietary issues (mostly relating to oxalate, which affects electrolytes, as mentioned above). B3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any) B3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure: Biggest improvement is from drastically reducing oxalate intake and following an almost-carnivore diet. Nothing else has helped in a measurable way. Meditation and neural reprogramming. B3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help: None B3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful): Almost everything I tried (countless therapies, supplements and remedies) before staring the low-oxalate diet. B3d. Treatments that had no effect: acupuncture, homeopathy, supplements B3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse: PEMF therapy B4. What is your age range? 65-74 B5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields? 2009, although I had issues long before this; I just hadn't made the connection. B6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields? Canada
