FCC reports indicate the utilities service coverage is 5G or 5G+ at all of the DAS units. There are no gaps in coverage. It appears to be a financial maneuver disguised as an up grade from DAS units, that provide optimum coverage as reported by the utility to the FCC coverage maps,\n\nThe nine new nodes create emission over lap with the existing DAS units. The emission overlap will not be monitored or measured by the town or the utility. At one application location, two DAS units and two omni directional units will all be located within 1/3 of a mile or less from each other. This creates emission overlap of either two or three nodes, none of which will have emission levels monitored/tested by the town or utility.\n\nThere are cancer clusters around at least one node including lung, prostate, follicular. Residents nearby report unexplained long term symptoms of not feeling well. The town approves the applications under the premiss that they cannot deny or redirect the utility. The residents become victims of the results.","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6380","tags":["cancer-tumors","health-experiences","exposure-places","policy-standards"],"source_hash":"ac5d83c46705ea8e601d3a445c3c77ed0e2b4d1e256e748e5a8f88a6096af4b0","slug":"cancer-tumors-comment-6380","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-6380","body_sha256":"38126b50132c20fb5e2cc5ac2f56335c9c8cf82ca85962c278aaee172bde2744","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"infrastructure","topics":[{"id":"infrastructure","evidence":"y the utility to the FCC coverage maps,\n\nThe nine new nodes create emission over lap with the existing DAS units.
