I have been tortured with Directed Energy Weapons since 2010.These are Lethal. Stop saying they are non-lethal.I have 3 brain tumors,one excised the other two are inoperable.I lost sight in one eye.Able to restore.I have severe pain in both legs barely able to walk,Rotator cuff torn, fragmented bones and 3 tears to shoulder. Thrown to ground with Crowd Control weapons,fractured Fibula, Tibia, Malleolus lateral and medial. Ocala Fl should be under severe investigation for severe criminal behavior here. Been trafficked since 2011 Agents and police involved.Shut down this Watch List program NOW Mr.President.
