{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-5031","number":"5031","name":"Anonymous Anonymous","organization":"","posted":"2026-10-26T04:00Z","received":"2026-10-20T04:00Z","body":"\nDear Secretary Kennedy,\n  Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue.\n\nAfter receiving a letter from Google that all my internet activity for the past 5 years had been sent to the government, I noticed other happenings such as break-ins, trackers on my car, surveillance, a \"hot\" cell phone, clicking on the telephone line and the same people following me out of state. I was poisoned, my dog was aggressively poisoned and killed. I was then doxed as well as my elderly father and family; with a smear campaign online. It was horrific. After death threats I was grazed on the forehead by a bullet from a rifle. ( I saw him, know of him and the police ignored my witness too).\n\nI believe this was all due to becoming an accidental witness to corporate and governmental fraud.\n\nSoon, I began to notice a vibration going through my entire body which made me ill with vomiting and spontaneous nose bleeds. Often I was dizzy. Once I flew out of bed after being hit with what I believe was an LRAD, due to my response to it. Now, the assaults are different than that and frequent.\n\nAll that started in 2016. I am omitting a great deal of details; but I believe this is sufficient.\n\nToday I still suffer these assaults. Relocating does not stop it. I am unsteady walking now and have blurred vision. Often I experience a \"head swell\" like pressure accompanied by a sharp, painful ring to my ear.
