A lot of the time I feel like my breaths are shallow and difficult and many times I feel my concentration is poor after exposure. It affects my sleep negatively as well. I usually take extra precautions such as unplugging the internet at night and taking supplements to calm my nervous system so I can fall asleep more easily. Whenever I use my phone to access the internet, I am more irritable afterwards. I notice when my children are using wireless technology they also become more irritable and not as focused. There are studies that show wireless technology negatively affects the developing brain. It is also known to cause cancer. If we want thriving children in our future then we need to address this issue. I believe more education to the public can provide awareness so parents can make an informed decision. Knowledge on how to mitigate or avoid negative side effects would also be helpful.\n\nI support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.\n\nI urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.\n\nThank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.\n","attachments":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4898","tags":["cancer-tumors","child-development","sleep-cognition","exposure-places","research-evidence"],"source_hash":"35b4448ce8af4a5feae707baf2e59cd52e7b7daef5067e4dc1b970d9c72a82c3","slug":"cancer-tumors-comment-4898","classification":{"id":"HHS-OASH-2026-0397-4898","body_sha256":"2a525e91776500698ba6868538f7122f7b11985e3514aa7a55c217ac79f5686c","status":"ai_reviewed","primary_topic":"neurological","topics":[{"id":"neurological","evidence":"el my concentration is poor after exposure.
