In my work as a Cancer and Chronic Disease Researcher, I have been surprised at the many years it takes to put even preliminary health and safety guardrails in place in this country. The FCC is now (again) in a position to change its sluggish \"responses\" to the many known negative effects of this technology upon the human body as well as our precious environment.
