Hello my name is Andrew Paul, I lived in Olympia , that's where my targeting started in the apartments complex by Slyvestor Park, I believe it was infiltrated by the cartels (controlled by the CCP), and that explains why Olympia & BellTown have so many "crazies", it's not just meth & "keep portland weird" vibes. It's targeted microwave pulse devices, "audio spotlights" and cyber-operators (usually neighbors in apartment complexes with fake IDs on welfare so they don't need a job as part of their fake ID). 

Compounding with all the FRAUD of H1B, FOREIGN EUROPEAN/EURASIA/RUSSIAN/CHINESE born invaders that target the Native Americans/Mexicans/Canadians/Inuit, to kidnap & traffick & use for organ harvesting/occultic ritual sacrifice by various billionaires & millionaires corrupting local municipal,police, sheriff, national guardsmen, HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS.

Me speficially I was getting "tinmitus" when I was barely a teen, my mom got cancer, and the cats died a month after she did (1 of the cats had tumors).

So I believe besides Cuckooing & Entrapment by The Jubgle /Downtown Associations for basic set ups by Informant Gangs, I have been targeted by the CCP and or the KKK /cartels/Aryan Brotherhood, prison gangs.

To not only take the apartment, but speficially use mk ultra & cointelpro tactics to turn me into a "vegetable" as they so often say via Infra-sound & other mechanisms (potential implants, but more likely "Near Field Communications", vaccines, and an apartment and even micro-city "community policing" and "internet service expanding" nonprofit controlled liberal "add ones" or "transceivers" that act like STINGRAYS, allowing entire "police departments" worth of Chinese & GRU cyber operators & "tech support scammers" (H1B) in Microsoft/AWS/security industry specialists, to play man in the middle and drastically alter not only the "feeds" of social media, but also the acoustic & EMF frequencies our devices output.

To manipulate the biologic thought processes of targeted individuals such as myself
