TVs new and old can be used to attach to people. Cellphones and laptops, they are using a mITM vulnerability via Apples Bluetooth network with stolen tech. 

Antenna networks old and new can be utilized as indicated above, from experience. HDTV, Analog, long wave radio waves do the same just ask the UK. And also some of the photos, only happens when the antenna is hooked up to the TV set. 

Cell towers and satellites can be utilized as weapons without access to them. Should be treated as a DEW

Telephone lines can be used to create light boxes of a sort, attacking one’s nervous system and causing all kinds of havoc even when not in use.
