HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0069 https://www.regulations.gov/comment/HHS-OASH-2026-0397-0069 My mother, Kathleen Konecny, lived in a house located very close to three cellphone towers. She was told by her physician that she had lymphacitic leukemia and was told she must stay away from people to protect her body. She lived that way until she died in 1997. Because her red blood count was high, she was not treated with chemotherapy. She lived with her husband for over 20 years believing the false data from her physician.
