I was aware that these EMF devices had been known to be detrimental to the health of people with pacemakers. As my father had this device, we had to hire a lawyer to try to stop the installation. This cost tens of thousands of dollars. After two months my father said it was costing too much. Shortly thereafter Penelec installed said meter while we were not at home. Exactly one month after installation my father had a stroke, resulting in his need for a wheelchair for the remainder of his life.
