It took more than a day to recover, but since then I still experience tinnitis (when it gets especially loud, I know I need to leave the area), a light buzzy feeling throughout my body, and an almost daily headache. I hired a building biologist to help me mitigate the EMR present in my home. This helped somewhat, but I experienced another attack not too long ago.
