Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. It’s shameful that the FCC is not fully considering evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC must recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because ever since the summer of 2020, when 5G became ubiquitous without any testing or even discussion of its health impacts, I suddenly had EMF intolerance and tinnitus. Neither of these conditions normally appear suddenly, but huge numbers of people had the same experience that I did in 2020. The FCC’s job, among other things, is to protect people from harmful radiation. It is currently failing at this important duty. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it. To do less than this is to continue in its complete dereliction of duty.","attachments":[],"attachment_names":[],"attachment_inventory":true,"withheld":false,"source":"https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filing/26110077254","filing_type":"COMMENT","proceedings":"ET 13-84","capture_reviewed":true,"captured_at":"2026-09-29T02:20:53.967Z","supplied_classification":null,"tags":["health-experiences","cancer","children-schools","towers-antennas","wildlife-environment","standards-testing","remand-accountability","research-requests"],"source_hash":"7f7b3cefe96452f2f9db62140d6981e08b87395847b48d1b607f7af101d20cd2","slug":"health-experiences-filing-26110077254","classification":{"id":"26110077254","body_sha256":"f485462748e6f61e8bfa4975a3c04c91a42dc12020125c7ad9577c7531580333","status":"text_matched","primary_topic":"health-experiences","topics":[{"id":"health-experiences","evidence":"This issue matters to me personally because ever since the summer of 2020, when 5G became ubiquitous without any testing or even discussion of its health impacts, I suddenly had EMF intolerance and tinnitus."},{"id":"cancer","evidence":"The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer."},{"id":"children-schools","evidence":"It’s shameful that the FCC is not fully considering evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment."},{"id":"towers-antennas","evidence":"This issue matters to me personally because ever since the summer of 2020, when 5G became ubiquitous without any testing or even discussion of its health impacts, I suddenly had EMF intolerance and tinnitus."},{"id":"wildlife-environment","evidence":"It’s shameful that the FCC is not fully considering evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment."},{"id":"standards-testing","evidence":"Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines."},{"id":"remand-accountability","evidence":"Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines."},{"id":"research-requests","evidence":"It’s shameful that the FCC is not fully considering evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment."}],"summary":"","method":"Local topic rules v1; exact supporting passages; not an AI or medical review","scope":"Captured filing text only.
